Yesterday was our first day trip up to the lake:
Oh how I love that boy; how I love those hills, that crystal turquoise water! I love my new beach hat, and rose lemonade. I love my feet dangling off the dock; my sons poochy belly. I love sand in my toes, sun in my eyes, and a quiet little hum in my heart. Oh how I love.

Happy weekend to you. I'm off to spend the day at the pool... the indoor pool. Hannah has a swim meet. But it is my hope that I'm going to come home this evening to find some time in our backyard pool too! Ahhhhh, let's relax.
