not another boring sandwich
/It has been a bit drab around here. They skies are grey, the fog is dense, and the sun slips behind the mountains at 3:30pm. With all of our Christmas decorations packed away- we needed some color.
Enter: rainbow wraps.
red= apples orange= mandarin oranges yellow=pineapple green=kiwi blue=blueberries
We had some left-over raspberry sauce from our holiday cheesecake, so we drizzled that on top.
I think that they would be tasty with some garlic/dill tofutti and veggies as well.
