All in one day

Today:

church on the beach

visited The City of Refuge

stood at the southern most point in the US

awed at some amazing waves

watched some cliff jumpers

had a fresh guava smoothie

snorkeled 

ate fish tacos in the harbor

watched for the green flash at sunset

ate a second dinner (thai food) on the beach

met a great hobo named "Scott" who told us about biking his way around the island

swam in the ocean after dark

Tomorrow? We have to go home-- but not before we take one last trip to the beach. 

Snorkeling

We rented a boat yesterday.

We were gone all day, from 8am-4pm.

We did some snorkeling,

and went trolling for great-white sharks. 

After I was done being a little sea sick, it was time to head back onshore where I was a little land sick. No puking, but oy!

It's all good though because I'm on vacation. I haven't made my bed once, I have yet to plug in my hair dryer, and this morning I had chocolate covered macadamia nuts for breakfast. Rough.
